Roland is the founder and managing director of SLACE, a WhatsApp marketing and retail media startup. After early years at IBM as a client manager in retail, he has been working in mobile marketing since 2006 - first at Jamba, then with his first startup in app marketing and now with his second in WhatsApp marketing. He is passionate about cooperative WhatsApp marketing for retailers and consumer goods manufacturers (Retail Media) because he is convinced that this will bring both closer to the shopper.
